Hi I have set up the CNAME records as instructed in Office 365 domain management and it worked once and briefly but now there is an error 'Incorrect record value' but no further information. Now emails go into spam so can't use cc for campaigns until I get this resolved. Thanks in advance if any one has any insight. My domain is on but managed via Office 365. Setting up the CNAME records on AWS doesn't work at all. On 365 works very briefly.
