The edit bar is not floating

The edit bar remains at the top of the message and does not float down to where you're working in a text box, say, if the text is longer.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! The edit bar should move down to where you are working, but if you aren't seeing it immediately you can scroll up to the edit bar to change any information that needs to be edited.
