Using special characters in your emails

We have found that our weekly enews to our membership is coming up in our own spam folders lately. Just curious if this is going to happen regardless of our subject line because we send to such a large group at once or if our hashtag in the subject line is causing it. #coolHBA Enews for April 17 2023

Hello @KristinaE31 ,

I think the issue has more to do with the fact that you're sending using your own domain, but you don't have email self-authentication setup for your account. Since the emails are actually coming from us, but say they're coming from you, it's likely causing your internal security filters to treat them more suspiciously.

I'd advise working with your IT to get your account setup for email self-authentication. If you need additional insight and guidance on this, our Delivery team would be the best team to assist.
