We recently encountered an issue with OPENS on our constant contact account.
If a user has the previewer mode on their Outlook, meaning they can see the first few lines of the email, when they go to delete it, it automatically opens it and then deletes it.
Does they qualify as an OPEN on Constant Contacts reporting?

An email is marked as "opened" in our system when either a) the images automatically display, or b) if they click on a link in the email. So it is possible that in the process of deleting the email, if the images display automatically in the preview, that it will count as an "Open" even if it is being deleted. This article explains how it works when email opens are not trackable. If they have the images set to be manually displayed, then selecting and deleting it should not register as an opened email.
