In every email sent out by a customer of ours, there's an unsubscribe link in the footer. If you don't see the footer, check to make sure it's not being hidden automatically or due to length by your email client.
If the spam is particularly egregious, we encourage you to forward the email to abuse(at)constantcontact(dot)com , that way our Review teams can investigate and take the appropriate actions. It'd also be worth blocking the sending address from your side.
One thing of note is that you don't need to make a trial account just to communicate this with us. You're welcome to call us, or also message us through social media so you don't have to go through the process of making an account. Would you like me to terminate this trial account for you?
