If you've linked the survey in your email, it'll still be in Preview mode when you click the button while previewing the email campaign or accessing the link via a test send version of the email.
Once you truly send the email, the linked survey page will function as it would with its normal live URL. The same will apply to the email's webpage version, though keep in mind that accessing the survey in this way won't be able to pull contact info - similar to if the survey were accessed from its standalone URL via your website, a social media post, or an ad.

If you need to change the coloring of your buttons, you can do so for the individual button, or via the email's Design tab defaults.
