I was told that I would receive a $79.95 refund by one billing rep last week. Furthermore, I was told that I should see the refund by today. The refund didn't appear today. When I called, I was informed that I would not be receiving the refund by a different billing rep. I was informed that the first billing rep made a mistake and the refund would not be issued. This is very, very bad customer service. Since nobody attempted to contact me regarding this change, then you should honor the original refund.
