Love the new customer information options. We would like to be able to run reports that show customer's notes, address, etc.

Which reporting are you wanting this to refer to? Can you elaborate at all on what it is you're looking to do? Are you wanting every single existing contact field for contacts to be included when your export a specific campaign's report?
We used to have a Customer Service/Sales Database. It allowed us to run a report and sort by any field we had populated. You have enough contact fields now to do this we just need the capability of being able to sort and run a report based on them.
You can currently set other columns to different contact fields and sort by clicking them on the contacts dashboard. There are some you can't sort by, such as custom fields. Is this what you're referring to?
Or is your main objective to export contacts from your account into a CSV file, and then sort in your preferred spreadsheet program (Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.)?
