Updated Image Library

What. Have. You. Done???? The updated image library is AWFUL. The response time is incredibly slow. When I try to change an image or search for an image I get to watch a spinning dial while it tries to load my library. All of the thumbnails have been converted to a 1:1 ratio so now all of my banners and footers are contorted and unrecognizable. This is AWFUL. I've been using Constant Contact since 2014 and this is your WORST update ever. Who beta tested this mess and said, "Awesome. I approve!"??? It has added significant delays to my production time. Someone should be fired over this one.

The good news is having the ability to import images at different dimensions is a feature request we are collecting feedback on. In fact we recommend sharing your need for this feature directly on its thread along with the specific template sizes or ratios you would like to see. As for your connectivity experience, what browser are you working in? Are you having this same experience through a different browser or a private/incognito window?
