It’s been a year of trying new marketing strategies with our Marketing Manager customers, helping them reach their business goals. Here are some of the results we saw:

Their Marketing Manager advised them to display a printed QR code linked to a sign-up landing page to gather SMS phone numbers. They placed signage at checkout counters, which drove an average of 30 new contacts monthly and a 93% yearly increase in new contacts! When they launched a daily special, sending an SMS text message with a coupon link, cars lined up at the car wash within the hour. “I think this is working. We have a line already!

 

Another Marketing Manager helped a retail client promote a Labor Day sale, driving one of their most successful holidays ever. By running a Facebook ad and a Google Search ad, they generated over $2,000 in online sales and drew in numerous first-time customers!

 

A restaurant in a highly competitive market aimed to boost its social media presence. Starting with Facebook ads, the client achieved a staggering 2,800% increase in reach, hitting 236,262 views. This drove over 6,000 visits—a 549% surge—and a 411% jump in page likes. Their Instagram page also saw significant growth: a 54% boost in reach and a 140% increase in new followers. These remarkable results demonstrate the Marketing Manager’s effective approach, strengthening the restaurant's online presence, broadening its audience reach, and fostering high community growth.

This year, Project Safeguard has undergone some major changes, challenges and successes. 

 

2024 was our 40th anniversary as an organization and we hosted our first ever gala/fundraising event. We utilized Constant Contact more this year than ever to gather all of our connections in one place and reach them more intently than ever before. For being our first ever year hosting an event such as this, we were able to invite over 150 guests and raise funds that are desperately needed as we face large federal funding cuts in 2025. With the success we've had this year with our event and reaching more people than ever we're hoping to do more with our marketing and fundraising in 2025 to keep the momentum going! As a small nonprofit, capacity is always an issue but finding ways to reach our community and bring them in closer through different marketing strategies has been a game changer for our work this year.

The year 2024 brought our company success in many ways. We built new customer relationships while maintaining and growing old ones. We do everything we can to help our customers get the products they need. They know they can count on us, and we will get it done. We have been told our customer service is what sets us apart. We also have been improving our website, and it is proving to be worth the time put in so far. We are getting more traction on the online orders and more views each day. In 2025, one of our goals is to run some ads or marketing campaigns to see where it can take us. Hopefully with the help of constant contact we can do just that!

We are a small church in a small rural town but through our daily Constant Contact post of short devotional videos we are reaching people throughout the US and even in other countries. Our older priest is responsible for preparing and sending the videos and Constant Contact makes it easy to prepare, edit, and to schedule.

The Clearinghouse Foodpantry was created in 1981 to feed and clothe those in need in our community.  When we started with constant contact I wanted to keep in contact with clients and donors.  Little did I know how much it would grow.  We now do a monthly newsletter and special mailings to over 1,400 emails.  We accomplished this through a landing page on our website which emails us when people would like to be added to our newsletters.  We have always taken donations through our website and newsletters with another service.  A few weeks ago I received an email explaining how to use the payment option through Constant Contact.  I felt like this would be a good addition to the service we already have to collect donations.  Since I activated this service our donations have increased substantially, because of the easy access.  We have also received larger amounts through this service.  The Clearinghouse would like to thank you for offering this service.  Merry Christmas!

I am a part time employee that runs the marketing for a local social services non profit. In September we kicked off a new monthly agency newsletter that went out to our database of over 3,000 emails using Constant Contact tools. We also began using more of the Constant Contact services such as forms, etc. This has increased our frequency and reach and has helped position our agency as more polished and professional.

 

Our agency has been supporting the community for over 40 years. Our programs and services fall under 4 pillars - Emotional Health and Well-Being, Senior Engagement, Crisis Response and Assistance, and Community Programs and Education. Our agency offers licensed, trained therapists that use evidence based practices to support all ages, from youth to older adult with a variety of needs, including domestic violence, trauma, parenting, pre-marital counseling, caregiver support, anxiety and more. We run campaigns to educate the community, including Child Abuse Prevention and Domestic Violence Awareness. We also provide emergency support services, including a food pantry, and our case managers work to connect clients to resources to help them get back on their feet. In addition, our volunteers deliver groceries and offer friendly visit with older adults, and offer multi-generational Holocaust survivor programming. And these are just a few examples of the services we provide.

 

Our marketing runs on a very lean budget because we allocate the majority of funds towards helping the community. We would be so appreciative to have the 3 months of support to continue to sharpen branding and build on the growth from 2024!
