It’s been a year of trying new marketing strategies with our Marketing Manager customers, helping them reach their business goals. Here are some of the results we saw:

Their Marketing Manager advised them to display a printed QR code linked to a sign-up landing page to gather SMS phone numbers. They placed signage at checkout counters, which drove an average of 30 new contacts monthly and a 93% yearly increase in new contacts! When they launched a daily special, sending an SMS text message with a coupon link, cars lined up at the car wash within the hour. “I think this is working. We have a line already!

 

Another Marketing Manager helped a retail client promote a Labor Day sale, driving one of their most successful holidays ever. By running a Facebook ad and a Google Search ad, they generated over $2,000 in online sales and drew in numerous first-time customers!

 

A restaurant in a highly competitive market aimed to boost its social media presence. Starting with Facebook ads, the client achieved a staggering 2,800% increase in reach, hitting 236,262 views. This drove over 6,000 visits—a 549% surge—and a 411% jump in page likes. Their Instagram page also saw significant growth: a 54% boost in reach and a 140% increase in new followers. These remarkable results demonstrate the Marketing Manager’s effective approach, strengthening the restaurant's online presence, broadening its audience reach, and fostering high community growth.

We achieved a 71.2% open rate on our email campaign to potential guests at our Resort!

Our organization was using an in-house email campaign for our newsletters, before we joined Constant Contact in late 2023. Once we started using the professional format and templating available to us through Constant Contact we had the capability to track our successes in a new and exciting way. We now send out our newsletter (and event specific emails) multiple times a month and we routinely garner over 50% open rates on those communications. This has allowed us to increase participation in events, as well as field almost 600 volunteers throughout the year. Thanks to the new platform (for us), we are able to see what links are being clicked and use that as we move forward in our digital marketing.

This past year has been one of tremendous growth and community-building at Society Hill Synagogue! We’ve hosted vibrant events, expanded our adult education offerings, and strengthened connections within our congregation. This year, I’ve seen email marketing completely transform not only my business but also my personal life and the community I’ve built around singing. When I first started, I focused on learning the tools and systems to effectively organize my architecture business, which has since nearly tripled in income. But the real magic happened when I applied those same skills to something deeply personal: building a community around singing in my town.

 

Through consistent email campaigns, I’ve grown Missoula Sings into a thriving community, hosting 31 song circles this year with over 650 voices joining together. These same strategies—clear messaging, targeted outreach, and consistent follow-ups—helped me create something bigger than myself, where people can gather, connect, and belong.

 

Now, I’m launching a program to share what I’ve learned, empowering others to “get out of their own way” and make their offerings more discoverable. I see how effective email systems not only increase impact and income but also foster deeper connections, helping others organize their communities and bring their unique magic into the world.

 

The tools I’ve learned aren’t just about business—they’re about building bridges, amplifying voices, and creating space for transformation. For me, email marketing has been the foundation of this growth, and I’m so excited to help others do the same!

Our trade association has used Constant Contact since 2012 as our main source of marketing for our educational programs.  I would say that we have had strong success annually in reaching our industry colleagues over the years.  In 2024, we have reached approximately 58,000 plus colleagues.  This is a best since COVID.  These programs provide the majority of our non-dues related income.  We are always looking for ways to improve our marketing.

The Coalition for Healthy School Food (CHSF) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that promotes plant-based foods and nutrition education in schools, to teach the whole school community about the effect of our food choices on health, the environment, equity, and other social justice issues. We help schools around the country, and one of our projects is to communicate with school food service directors by email, via Constant Contact. We have about 16,000 on our list. Each month, we send them an email giving them inspiration for their own health, access to a quantity plant-based recipe that they can make in their schools, and marketing materials for that recipe. We also announce an associated webinar. So far, we have done 3 webinars and we have had food service directors tell us that they are changing how they eat based on the information we are providing! Hopefully, this new knowledge will inspire them to add healthy plant-based entree items to their school menus. Polls that we do on the webinars indicate that we are inspiring them and a large percentage are suggesting that they will be adding the featured recipe to their school lunch menu. We consider that a big win! Thank you Constant Contact for making the communication with them so easy!  

My success from the year was bringing on a part time contractor to consistently support the administrative side of my business! Scary move but so incredibly worth it!
