Ability to edit, remove toolbar in emails' webpages (social functions, legacy landing page form)

Hi Constant Contact, the new system now includes social share links mandatory at the top of individual email archive linked copy, unlike the previous system which did not. For our use, we need to NOT have social links on selected archived emails, so please remove these OR add option to remove them. Otherwise we cannot continue to use CC after several years & need to move to a different email marketing service ASAP. Thanks, Matt

Hi, also jumping in on this request. It has been 7 years since this discussion thread was started with the first request. Is there any update on being able to remove the top bar with social sharing and "join our email list" buttons?

Looks like another year has gone by since the last comment in September 2023, and we still know NOTHING from Constant Contact about whether this is under consideration. It really would be best if you would separate the two options of viewing the web version of the email from the social share links, so that your customer could specify which they want to use. I am pretty sure that (at least in the past) Constant Contact has given the impression that it can be used for membership purposes as well as to a broader audience. But this connection between social sharing and offering up a web page version makes that completely untenable.

I guess we can assume that since there has been no comment from Constant Contact about this over what, 7 years?, the answer is that CC is going to do NOTHING about it. After all the fanfare about the new categories helping people in the community understand the status of the things we have been proposing, what has happened to that idea?

PLEASE provide an option to remove the blue bar at the top of the web version of the email that prompts recipients to share to Facebook and Twitter/X!!!!!!!  We are NOT ecommerce - We are a private holdings firm and send the emails to our private shareholders.  We DO NOT want them to share the information to social media!!!  It is a poor reflection on our office to have this at the top of the email, and a few shareholders have questioned why it is on there.  We sound ridiculous trying to explain to the shareholders that Constant Contact will not allow us to remove it.
