Pretty disappointed in overall performance, price and lack of any COVID relief on price.. If one of these issues not remedied soon, going to

Hi @JaredS76 thank you for sharing your feedback with us. What updates would you like to see in our system? As for our pricing, due to account security we are unable to publicly assist with the billing on an account. I would however recommend contacting our Billing Support directly for any pricing changes that may be available on your account.
