Allow multiple answers to survey questions?

How do you allow for more than one response to a survey question? This used to be possible with the legacy surveys. As I recall it was what you got when you selected "multiple answers" or something like that. Why on earth is this no longer possible? I see an option to rate choices by number, but I don't want that.

Hi @CarolMc what type of survey question are you looking for the ability to select multiple answers? Does a checkbox question help fit your needs in the meantime?
