I was a new customer. I was charged 3times in one week (21.32 three times). I contacted your customer service and spoke to Elena in billing. She was never sympathetic. She raised her voice. Repeatedly told me I was wrong. I have learned a lot from this experience. Small businesses are not a priority nor do we get any support from this platform. Thank you.
