Can't do my job effectively with the new editor

Since the new editor was implemented, the editor is running far too slow - I can barely type a few words without experiencing a lag, uploading a photo takes far too long, and the whole process of creating an email has proven to be painful, rather than enjoyable.

Clearing caches, using different browsers, ensuring updates are fine - nothing works. It's clear the issue is CC, not us. 

 

After reading everyone else's experiences with the editor, I can safely say I'm in the same boat and will be looking for an alternative solution for email marketing.

The good news is the experiences you've described are both defects we are in the process of tracking and troubleshooting. In fact we do recommend sharing your feedback on a typing lag and slowness when inserting images directly on their threads.
