I called your support line and was walked through how to change account ownership. I told the woman that I still needed my account to use just not the owner anymore. She assured me that all I was doing was changing the ownership.
She was wrong. Luckily I didn't believe her and set up an account to another email address because once I changed the "My Account" information, it no longer recognized me.
A very poor interface. You should allow the account owner to pass their role to another user.
