I should be able to send a copy of the contact details from Constant Contact to another person directly from the product.

For both contacts' privacy and anti-spam compliance this isn't a capability we're looking into developing or allowing as a direct function in the account. If you must provide a contact's full contact details (as specific to your account), then you'd need to copy-paste that info out of your account or export it as a file.
