Contacts - Confusion on where Copy / Paste Multiple contacts is located

I see you no longer allow copy / paste of multiple emails which is horrible for me. At the end of each week I copy and paste my emails over. Sometimes there's quite a few. It's a horrible change that my whole office is upset about. PLEASE CHANGE THIS BACK!!! There's over 20 of us using your product here, all of which are upset!

I'm very upset that tonight I couldn't add over 25 names in one box from my Word document. Please return the multiple Paste function. Constant Contact is terrific, but this was a huge mistake to not put yourself in the shoes of all-volunteer nonprofits like ours. As volunteer president fighting battles against privatization and commercialization of Liberty State Park, I often have a lot of emails for instance from a street festival information table, and there's no time to enter the emails one at a time.

I hope you'll send an email to all your customers when you fix it and your customer service tech agents are probably getting aggravated to apologize for this and tell people you're working on it.

I saw the URL you provided below as a temporary way to paste in multitude emails but I saw it after sending out our group email.

Not being able to paste a lot of email addresses at once is a nightmare. We are a school and manage our contact information, including emails, through a different system (because it does billing and other things). I use Constant Contact for most of our emailing because it has better design features. I copy and paste hundreds of emails into Constant Contact on a regular basis. If the function does not return soon, we will have to look for a different product.
