Drag and drop scrolls too fast

When trying to add a block to my campaign, the pink line that appears moves much too fast. Thank you.

I have already had a long tech call, trying all kinds of things, plus I went out and bought a new mouse thinking maybe that was the problem, but it didn’t make any difference. It didn’t do this when I first started with CC, but I am going to look for a new program this summer. I love the ease of using CC, but it is taking me forever to create a simple email.

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE and it is SO FRUSTRATING. Despite all of the suggestions, nothing works! This needs to be resolved. I have spent hours trying to move things around.
