Emails with PDF attachments access without internet

I'm requesting Constant Contact add the capability to include PDF attachments in emails that can be opened without internet access (after the original email was received with internet access). We found out this is not the case with Constant Contact emails with PDFs attached and will have to go back to Microsoft emails with PDF attachments. We send weekly emails to pilots with important PDFs they need to open at any given time within their email and may not always have internet access.

In order to best comply with delivery expectations and security programs, attachments are not currently viable to include in mass email marketing systems like ours. Documents need to be hosted in account libraries or in external sites, and linked to in emails. This isn't something currently on our roadmap.

If your contacts are regularly unable to access the internet when needing to access the documents, they'll need to download them to their device at a time when they are viewing them.
