Failure to autosave should allow ctrl S to save new content

Filure to autosave (especially on an unreliable connection) loses new typing and allows no other option but to leave the current page. It would be better to allow one to dismiss the dialog box and copy the text so it can be saved back into the page after it's been refreshed
