It would be convenient if we can see who replied to an email that is sent out on constant contact instead of seeing it only through the inbox of which the email "reply to" is set on. 

Another feature that would be nice is to have a CC feature available so we can send emails out and have somebody else be in the loop of those emails too.

For Compliance and technical reasons, being able to CC people for emails isn't on our roadmap. Emails are treated as direct, individual sendouts, so a CC function would just result in the CC'd person receiving multiple copies of the email from a technical standpoint, and would run aground Compliance functions like anti-spam, billing / permissions avoidance, etc.

Since email replies happen wholly outside of our system, we would not be able to see, nor pull in that info for reporting and managing.
