Finding contacts who are not engaging with emails

I would think that a report for showing Contacts activity would be very helpful. It should show your contact, the number of campaigns sent to them and the number of opens. If I have a contact that is not opening their emails, I need to check if they are not seeing them. Or are just ignoring them.

Hi everyone,

Our updated contact management view has an engagement tab to show the number of emails sent and open rate. Users also have the option to create a segment to find contacts not opening your emails. Because of this we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback!
