Frustrating!

The frame is difficult to change colors. I cannot reuse my old emails. Very frustrating. Even Free  is easier to use. The cost has gone up since I began with you and it is less user friendly. I cannot move your windows to answer questions or change colors.

What colors are you having difficulty changing? What are the steps you're taking to change these colors? Also, what email campaign are you trying to reuse? We have taken a look at your account and can see many of your campaigns do have the ability to be copied.
