Link In Account To Contact Support

This doesn't work. I'd rather have a support link than a "feedback" link.

Hi @MikeS856  where in your account are you looking for a link to connect with support? When logged into your Constant Contact account are you able to see the Contact Us link in the top right corner? If so, does this option fit your needs?
