I just received an unsolicited call from one of your fast talking sales representatives who failed to listen to much of what I was saying. That was not the real problem though. Massachusetts is state that requires all parties to be notified that their phone conversation is being recorded and from the beeps that I heard it was clearly being recorded. It ILLEGAL not to provide that notice to anyone you call from Massachusetts and I was not given that notice so I would suggest discontinuing this practice before you come under fire by your state's Attorney General. I respect privacy laws and I hope Constant Contact does too.
