More customization options for poll block

Why Constant Contact chose to release a function that is this underdeveloped is quite confusing.

There is no way to change the size of the font of the poll content. Why?

Every time a recipient clicks on a poll box, a seperate pop up window shows up "thanking them".  What is the purpose of this? Why can't the recipient simply just click the poll button and leave it at that? This makes it nearly impossible to have multi-question polls.

There is also no way to ask open ended questions as part of the poll.

This feature never should have been released without proper development.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to improve the action block but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

To make sure that we are properly tracking your feedback, please specifically tell us what features or improvements you are looking to have in the poll action block.

Having smaller buttons or radio buttons would be less obtrusive. Maybe even changing the content. They seem very focus pulling now, and I would prefer a one question poll toward the footer rather than such a big focus.

I totally agree with others that not being able to match the font of a poll question with the rest of the email is a big issue. It looks very unprofessional. I'm even allowed to change the font in this comment box, which is ironic and doesn't seem at all necessary. Why can't we at least change the font and size of the poll question? Thank you for considering.

Regarding the poll block – I'd like to add that it's very frustrating that the border/divider colour has to be the same as the button colour. It's idiotic. Not being able to change the font sizes and styles is also very frustrating.

would like to have full editing functions with the question section for the poll action block without it disturbing my editing settings for the surrounds text blocks.

Agree with others, it'd be extremely helpful and make our emails look more professional if we could have more editing features for the poll buttons - size, font, etc.  It'd also be great if we could edit the "thank you for your response" page to make it match our company/email campaign theme, and not have it look like a standard Constant Contact response.

Just a tip until this changes ... I have been putting my poll question in a separate text block above the poll. Then, when I insert the poll and where it asks what your question is, I put "Click on your response below." Then, I list the answer options. So it looks kind of like this:

(The question is Inserted in a Text Block, formatted in a different color and I have inserted images in this block)

How often do you read our weekly Email?

Then I insert the poll block and it reads:

Click on your response below:    (again, this goes where you would normally ask the question for the poll.)

Weekly

At least Twice Per Month

Once Per Month

When I need Information

Looks a little better anyway!

I have put a poll in an email and was very disappointed to learn that the polls are not customizable by font or font color. It would be extremely helpful to be able to customize the poll. I am unsure if I can use the feature since the coloring doesn't match with the rest of our branding.
