Multi Domain DKIM Authentication

Hi,

It would be great to have the ability to authenticate multiple domains using DKIM. Our school operates multiple divisions, each with their own domain name. I would love the ability to authenticate from all of them as opposed to just one. I'm sure other people would be interested in this feature as well.

Thanks!

user61756, the only half-workaround we have identified is to utilize both the FROM and REPLY-TO fields within email campaigns. someone@mybusiness1.com might be added to the FROM field and then someone@mybusiness2.com might be added to the REPLY-TO field, should someone reply.

Constant Contact currently only allows 1 domain name (......@OneDomainName.com), per account, to be authenticated. They also now require that only authenticated domain names can be utilized within the FROM email address of campaigns. The result is that we can now only send FROM 1 custom domain name. The REPLY-TO field doesn't have these restrictions and so we can note any email address we wish to and have customers reply-to a more ideal address, if needed.

If you visit the "Account emails" section you can still add as many email addresses as you need and from multiple domain names. Only 1 domain name and all of its corresponding email addresses will be considered authenticated and available for use within the FROM field. All other email addresses can still be added and used within the REPLY-TO field of campaigns sent.

We have multiple branded business units and each have their own uniquely branded email addresses. Currently we have 1 ideal email address added for everyone (for use in REPLY-TO) and we have 1 authenticated email address added for everyone (for use in FROM). The xyz@ part of each email address always matches while the domain name might differ. Our current workaround, short of moving our account away from Constant Contact. If using the above workaround be sure that all email addresses used point to a primary account. Some may be forwarding.

We are a statewide nonprofit organization and would also like to see this feature, even if additional documentation/justification is required for accounts who need this to ensure it isn't abused.

Our use case: we are involved with multiple projects that are collaborative efforts involving our organization and other partners (other nonprofits, state agencies, etc.), so we are periodically required (by funders or state agencies) to create new websites for these initiatives with new domain names because they don't belong only to our organization. But our org is frequently the one charged with managing email communications for these initiatives. We have set up multiple lists in our CC account so that people can sign up for email updates on the initiatives that are of greatest interest to them, and most of them can come from our main domain, but in a few cases we are forced to send from an unverified domain for one of these other initiatives.
