NEW CUSTOMER COACHING CALLS

0 Votes

When you sign up to Constant Contact, they give you a 30 min session with their coach  that is VERY TIME LIMITED.  Before you can even get to the meat and potato of the question, they limit your time and pressures you that they have another call to make so you feel really rushed.  They literally mentioned that they have to go 3X in 30 min call, which is highly ineffective and feels so rushed that you feel the anxiety.  Perhaps you just remove the time limitation if you're going to really help the people that are in need.......   Nobody wants to feel rushed when they're trying to understand how this thing works.  I've never had that experience ever with any other service.

Hi @GenoC0. I'm sorry that you felt rushed during your call. Although we do have a time limit for those types of calls, we have a wonderful support team that is here to answer all of your questions that you may have as you are starting out with us. Was there anything our teams can help with?
