Need more than 10 users on Email Plus

Email Plus accounts are now allowed unlimited user roles, and a max of 5 users for our email basic accounts. If you have any additional questions on this, please don’t hesitate to respond to this post as we would be happy to assist you further.

Please disable MFA until more users are allowed. This is impossible for large teams.

Hi @user1003307  different plan groups have different amount of users, however Email Plus accounts do only have a maximum of 10 active users on it. Having the ability of more than 10 users is a feature request we are currently collecting feedback on. In fact we have merged your post into a larger thread focused on this feature.

The MFA has disable a lot of users in my company and we are not having the full service level as we expect when we renew our account. Please either let us bypass the MFA or increase the number of account users. This is a MAJOR issue that need to be solved ASAP.

For clarification, you said that Mail Plus accounts are allowed unlimited "user roles". Do you mean unlimited users, or unlimited permission levels? The Plans and Pricing page (the one you see when you're logged in) still says that Mail Plus accounts are limited to 10 users, which if true means that this idea has not actually been implemented...
