I just want to tell you how frustrated I am with Constant Contact. I signed on to help a client with their email campaign. At some point I was switched into a paid subscription - after I'm pretty sure someone assured me that I wouldn't be paying. I have tried to cancel and you make it virtually impossible to do so. I am now on hold for 20 minutes. I will be reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau and will NEVER recommend to a client or anyone ever. This is so ridiculous, unprofessional and scam-like.
