No Migration of Legacy Emails

Lousy support - long wait and disconnected. Told I could do something in the "new email" that isn't showing. Offer of a FEE service to get back the template I was using a couple of weeks ago...not very customer oriented at all.

We have however taken a closer look and can see a template recreate was placed to our design team on your behalf. If you would like to continue the conversation, please feel free to reply here in the Community or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
