Obviously, your customer service doesn't care about prospects leaving without even trying your software, please review the chat with Jenna around 4:13pm 6/3/2021 and see how simple she let it go of your prospects. Thanks, Marcela.

We have received zero service from Constant Contact and you continue to bill our credit card.   We have made several unsucessful 

attempt to cancel.  We have received no email or written messages from you.  You do not return phone calls. 

Please have a manager review our account and furnish us proof that you have done anything for us. We are requesting a complete refund of all charges before we consider using your services.
