Pre-payment Notification

I would have appreciated a pre-payment notice and a few days to pay before being charged at $18.50 penalty. Your email message went into SPAM and was only recovered now. We have always been diligent with payments but needed to get another credit card, suspecting fraud on the last one. Thanks

Hi @BevG34 thank you for sharing this feedback with us! Pre-payment notices are generally sent by email a month before this payment is due. However because this email delivered to your spam folder, we would suggest whitelisting Constant Contact as a safe sender in your email client.
