I've mentioned this to your tech support people more than once, and I'm guessing my writing about it here will receive the same response, which is to say nada, niente, none.
I find your website extremely difficult to navigate in creating my mailings, and increasingly so with the frequent addition of "improvements." To me it's not intuitive and its functions frequently don't function. On occasion they've caused a work in progress to crash and be entirely lost. Very frustrating. Have you heard this from anyone else? I am not the most tech-savvy person in the world, that's certain, and a Luddite either.
I hope you won't respond by suggesting that your AI or other team there design my mailings. It's something I care to do myself. The personal touch matters.
If you've received indications of discontent about your website from clients besides myself would you consider a reconfiguration?
