I signed up for the basic SMS plan. I wasn't able to get my test SMS to send to me b/c I didn't push 'Schedule' blue button twice? I got on your support line and got my problems solved. I've been so busy sending emails, that I forgot take advantage of my monthly 500 SMS plan. I think you should allow people to opt in to reminders—if you have messages remaining or if you have failed to send any SMS-send people an email or text. SMS will be a powerful part of my marketing—and I already promote Constant Contact. If I was having a good SMS experience (eg: if you reminded me to use my plan) I would sing your praises even more!
