These posts should show the email itself, not a link.  It looks strange the way it posts.  You should see it the same way you do when you open the email.

This would not be possible, based on the differences between individual social platforms, and how they choose to display link previews. If you want a specific image to tie into a social share of an email, you'd need to upload and include that with the post, whether the post is made through our system or natively in the social program.
