Your unbelievable attempt to con me into adding a website, business email, etc. is pure bull**bleep**. All I needed to do is login for medical treatment! Why on earth was I subjected to this punishment?

I just clicked on your tab saying get your free brochure. I find that to be sloppy and unprofessional.

If you did not mean to sign up for your account the good news is you are still in our trial period. These free trials automatically run out in 60 days. After the 60 days have passed you do not have to use your account any further if you do not wish to do so. The account will than no longer be active.
