A recent change allows me to instantly download survey results. Formerly I needed to wait for the file to be ready to download. We have been with CC for 10 years and I have never shied away from complaining about various issues. Therefore I am compelled, in the interest of fairness, to also say thank you when a beneficial change is rolled out.
