Dear Constant Contact

The changes you made to CC have made it nearly impossible to use. We can no longer link to websites, and it takes me HOURS to work in CC where before I could get our weekly information out in 1/2 hour. We have to search and search for our former documents and now you've blocked our ability to move around easily. CC is supposed to be a tool I use to communicate, not a course I take in "new stuff we can do to your files."  Sorry. We'll have to go back

Hi @SueBennett33. I'm sorry you are experiencing this while working in your account. We have not made any changes that would prevent links from being inserted into an email. Are you seeing a blank screen or pop-up when inserting an image? Are there any error messages? Does this happen in multiple browsers? How are you not able to move around easily? Please provide us with more information on what is occurring so we can further assist.
