The functionality of the survey was difficult to set up and kept changing in the middle of the design. For example, I wanted multiple checks and the form kept changing back to one multiple choice. Getting the survey to link to the email was also confusing and would not save. I have used Survey Monkey and Qualtrics in the past, and also developed online courses in Blackboard and Canvas, and have never had this much difficulty. Question: does CC compile the survey results? We had good open and read numbers, but where are the survey answers? Thank you.

Hi @SarahA16 thanks for sharing this feedback with us! What are the steps you were taking to create your questions or to link your survey to an email? The good news is users do have the option of viewing and downloading their survey reporting. Does this reporting we provide help fit your needs?
