Surely there is a way to streamline this process of adding contacts. This is much more complicated than it needs to be, I don't want to spend an hour watching videos just to decode spreadsheet computer lingo. This is the reason I haven't added contacts for almost a year, I remember the headache from last year. I'm giving up for now. Please simplify this process!

Hi @AdrienneD68 how are you uploading contacts into your account? How do you currently have them saved outside of Constant Contact? What about the upload process do you find hard? Any further details you can share with us is helpful information to pass on to our Product Team.
