Updating ideas

Hi Constant Contact,

I have been using your software for about a year and a half and have been told that you are updating your software since day 1.  I have yet to see one update and it gets very frustrating using your software at times.  I've given my feedback verbally, but that doesn't seem to work, so maybe I'll try this form.

 

I have several updating ideas that would help your customers (including me).

Hi @MSA83 we’re always open to ways we can better our user’s experience so we would be happy to track and submit any feature requests you may have. Where in your account are you looking for updates? The good news is we have recently updated our email campaigns, survey campaigns and contact management dashboard.
