Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We can understand how important it is to easily receive assistance from our support. However you are correct, the screen sharing feature does only work within Constant Contact. In an effort to maintain account security we do not, and would not, have the ability to access your computers. Because of this we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
