automatic reminders

Please a feature that allows us to have automatic reminders for each service we offer. For example, I offer all first-time clients an introduction that talks about our club and the services it offers. I also offer a service for current members that test metabolic health. Within the metabolic reminder, I need to remind clients no caffeine, no food etc. Those reminders are very important to the test and both services have specific but different bullet points that need to be addressed before coming in.
