You have changed your format and I have had no luck being able to continue sending e mails like I used to be able to. You made me a new template. Trying to make some changes...not easy to do and I can not insert an image that I have always done in all my e mails for years. This is extremely frustrating and I am not sure I will be able to continue using constant contact unless this can somehow get easily resolved.

Hi @RoslynL  what about our Email Newsletters do you not find easy to use? How are you attempting to insert an image? What steps would you expect to take?
