email editing bar

having the email editor bar at the top is not working for me.   Not sure if I can change it back to original - scrolling up to make an edit is a time sucker.  thanks.

Hello @DowntownBordentown ,

The toolbar should be docked to the top, meaning it is always on the screen, if you're currently editing a block. This was done, as the original method was resulting in some customers having to scroll all the way to the top of a long text block to edit, if the block was particularly long.

If you're still having to scroll to see the toolbar, I'd advise clearing the cookies for our website in your browser, full exiting it, then re-entering and logging back in. Otherwise, please call support for live troubleshooting.

Right now the menu for fonts, etc. appears and disappears. That would be fine if it always came back when it was needed. It doesn't.

It will be there when you don't need it. Then when you highlight a section to change the font or size, it disappears. Then the highlight will disappear, but the menu re-appears. What is worse, every time the menu comes on or disappears, it changes where the email is. So, trying to highlight it again, you wind up chasing the email up and down the screen. It can make a quick change in an email a very frustrating 5-minute experience. It doesn't happen each time - but enough that it is very annoying. I think it is fine up at the top-- it gives you plenty of work room while it is there. Or, give it a way to make it re-appear if it suddenly gets shy.
