We would love there to be an auto separation feature. For instance If we have an email campaign we want to send to 16,000 people but do not want to send them all at once. It would be nice to be able to make one campaign then be able to upload that 16,000 contact list and then be able to say, send out in batches of 2,000. Or any size batch. Then after that be able to schedule the dates for each batch that is automatically pulled.    Currently we have to pull our 16,000 contacts from our software system and export to Excel. Then we have to manually separate the contacts into different excel sheets of 2,000 contacts per sheet. Then we have to individually upload those 8 excel sheets and create 8 Contact lists here in Constant Contact. Then after that we have to make and schedule 8 separate email campaigns and assign each list to different campaigns. It is a nightmare for us.  ... View more

Please give us some more formatting capability.    Let's start with the easiest: copy format... it would save so much time, not having to make manual changes to every part of the email that I want to change the formatting for.   Blank line formatting - to be able to make a blank line the font size I want so that I can manage the visual impact that line spacing allows you.  Having a different amount of line space after a section heading vs between paragraphs, etc.   There are more, but that's a good place to start.  Thanks ... I built a win-back automation today and created several emails just the way I want them (created one email twice because the first one was based on an old template I didn't realize wouldn't work in the automation - who knew?). Then I went to activate the automation, and I keep getting an error saying that there are no actions in the "Yes" paths. That is how I want it. All of the decisions are based on whether or not a customer has made a purchase since the last step. If they have, all is well and we'll engage them some other way. If not, then we want to send an email to reach out again. Your system is forcing me to add steps that I don't want just because you think there should be something in the "Yes" path. On top of that, I have used all the available steps for our plan level, so in order to add these steps that I don't want, I have to remove steps that I do want. How absurd is that?   Let me build the automation the way I want it and don't force me to add steps where I don't want them.  ... View more

Once I have sent an event email invitation, allow me to see the email. Seems like right now the only way to do that is to copy the email.  If I want to use the same headings, added text and background for my follow up email to non-registrants I would like to be able to copy the event email invitation and re-send it will a new subject line and some added text about "last chance..." ... I know the Footer information for unsubscribing and the sender needs to be there when a campaign is actually sent out.   However, after we send out a campaign, we include the link on our website so people who arent subscribed through constant contact can still see our mailings when visiting our website.   Up until September, there was nothing in the footer, not even the constant contact logo.   Starting in October, both the email address for the person logged into constant contact is displayed there as well as the sender.   Since this email is just for review and not actually sent out to anyone, this information does not need to be there and I would request that it be removed in a future update.    The footer for emails that are actually sent out to people can stay. On previous platforms I've worked with, when sending an email, there was an option to click a box that said, "Don't send to someone who's received an email in the past 24 hours (or however long you wanted it to be)". This option was great as it excluded people from receiving, say, a campaign or sales email, who had only just gotten a welcome email that day. This was helpful so people don’t get emailed too many times in a short period of time. I create a lot of my graphics outside of Constant Contact. Once I have uploaded all of my images to your site, I would like to be able to input them into my email in bulk instead of placing them one by one. We often work comparing campaigns but CC doesn't allow you to open many pages into a new browser tab. For example, if you're in an automated series campaign, you can't just open each email into a new browser. You have to go back to the beginning and do 3 clicks (usually the server is painfully slow) to get to open all the emails in the drip.  Thank you for your consideration.  ... View more
