Please make a simple change to the way the campaigns are presented. when looking for a campaign I scroll down the list and Ohhh only 20 are listed. No problem I can click the option to view 40. I click that option and voila ... a list of 40 appear BUT ^%$# you moved the cursor back to the top of the list so now I have to scroll down through 20 items I've already scrolled through to start seeing the next 20. SO ideas.... put the view 20/40 button at the top of the page so I do not have to waste my time finding it at the bottom OR when I select view 40 and you refresh the page with 40 campaigns listed place the page view at the 20th campaign. Its frustrating enough that I have to search through the campaigns so please make it easier to find older campaigns fo those of us who make multiple campaigns each week. This might not be necessary if a) the search function worked properly b) the "Last Modified" button worked. I've complained about this for at least 2 years and the answer is always the same - the team is aware of that and is working on it.

When creating a landing page, the fine print on the landing pages does not update. It still says "marketing emails" and it should say "email communications" in the permissions field. No matter how a landing page is created, it does not change. Other forms do, but not landing pages. Please fix! We are sending prayer emails, not "marketing" so it is an important issue. Thanks!

I chatted with Lahari a few minutes ago. She (or he, don't know the gender, sorry) was helpful, but after I asked a question she couldn't answer she just referred me to the API group and assumed we were done. She did ask me if I had any other questions and I started typing my next question, but before I was finished she terminated the chat session with a message to the effect that I could call or chat again. But I'm not seeing how to initiate a chat session. So I think Lahari was too quick to sign off.

Please fix app so that you can resend an email after 90 days. Pretty sure it's been over a year or two since the change was made to the desktop version. Since Constant Contact's foundation is email sending it all should work the same and be able to actually use the app. The mobile browser version is horrible w/ tons of bugs so unless the email you're resending was created within 90 days the app is essentially pointless, and you still need to wait to have desktop access.

Nick Jakobi will not stop pestering us after I told him a number of times to stop calling. I just now told him to stop calling and he called back immediately. As "funny" as this might be to him, it's truly annoying and unprofessional. We will be leaving constant contact because of this.

You need to let us judge your support process, not just your support people. Like so many companies, your questions insure that any negative responses are tagged to your people and not the process. Managers love to make their people the scapegoats. I worked with Pete, Ex VP at one company who asked the same questions as you do. The process was broken, but you had to blame the support person. When people would start complaining about support, you guessed it, he put all the blame on one or two people and out they would go. Every 3 months or so the cycle repeated itself. If you are forcing me to call you to unlock my account, then let me connect quickly and not wait for 30+ minutes listening to your same 3 or 4 messages over and over and over again.

This page shows all campaigns that are completed in the past mixed in with draft and active campaigns... it becomes very cluttered since we have several that we deactivated (because unlike before, automated series does NOT allow us to modify an active automation without deactivating and copying it - which is also another issue that's making this a bit clunky). Ideally, the page should show only active and draft campaigns by default, and allow switching views/filter to show past ones. Thank you.

You should make it easier to remove your logo from the footer. It's ridiculous that you make it so hard. Also, why do you control custom footers? Other services allow the creation of custom footers, even with their free accounts. I doubt I'm alone in being really, super, fantastically annoyed with the way you do footers...

The current registration form assumes the registration is to be paid by credit card. I would prefer if this field would not pre-populate at all but would force the registrant to choose a method of payment.

It would be nice to be able to pin certain campaigns to the top of the list so I can easily see them. Specifically, open surveys, customized welcome emails, and other emails that I regularly use as templates.

It would be very helpful and great if Constant Contact expand the functionality of creating "Did not click" segments on a specific email within an automated series campaign.

I must have access to my billing records and your site fails to provide a copy of the past years billing, and no explanation of the current bill. I expect to know what is billed all year and for the future if I decide to keep this service. thanks

Wow, sending an invitation for an event was much more difficult than I was expecting. This is the first time I've created an event campaign, and I'm surprised that creating an invitation isn't a lot more like creating an email campaign. Why so many limitations with the invite? We don't get the same design options, no option for a resend to non-openers...wouldn't it have been easier to loop the email campaign platform into the event campaign platform so that creating an invitation is just like creating any other email via Constant Contact?

I wish I could add an additional attendee un the edit registration details. Being able to do so would be tremendous!!!!!! I now have to delete and re create the registration info. So that I don't have 2 entries for the same school only because they want to add another participant

Why is there no Magento 2 integration. This seems ridiculous for a company like ConstantContact to not put a little bit of money to having an extension for Magento 2. It would make Magento store owners like myself be more accepting of Constant Contact. I have been with Constant Contact for over 10 years and now after upgrading our store to Magento 2 might have to change to another provider if this extension is not in the works.
